Sean Hilscher brings more than 10 years of experience as a consultant and product manager in the international and U.S. health care markets to his role as Associate Vice President of Regulatory Affairs at Greenleaf Health. Prior to joining Greenleaf, Sean served as Director of Healthcare Quality Products at the American College of Cardiology (ACC), where he developed and managed a suite of products aimed towards helping physicians, hospitals, and health systems improve quality of care while fulfilling policy requirements and maximizing reimbursement. Sean provided objective analyses of markets by identifying new revenue streams and assessing the market impact of policy and regulation changes.
Sean’s work at the ACC was aided by his first-hand knowledge of health care delivery, obtained while consulting at the Advisory Board Company (ABC). As a manager for the Clinical Sourcing team, Sean led data analysis efforts for ABC’s operational and supply chain consulting engagements. For these assignments, Sean developed cost-saving strategies based on the analysis of service lines’ cost and case data, which improved operations and supply chains at hospitals around the country.
Sean earned his MBA from the Georgetown McDonough School of Business and a Master’s in Politics, Philosophy, and Economics from the University of Oxford.
