Jason has extensive experience at three prestigious international law firms assisting clients in the FDA sector. His position as Director, Medical Devices & Combination Products, will greatly enhance the company’s ability to support clients with important healthcare-related issues.
Prior to his position with Greenleaf Health, Jason served as a paralegal with Jones Day, specializing in FDA-related cases. His work included performing legal research and drafting submissions to FDA, attending and preparing minutes for meetings with clients and FDA officials, and compiling and presenting data for tables, graphics, and reports. His familiarity with FDA statutes, guidance documents, and policies, along with his skilled use of the most up-to-date information technology, were a valuable asset to the firm.
Previously, Jason spent eight years assisting a number of professionals at King & Spalding L.L.P. to obtain for its clients the required FDA clearance or approval to test and market drugs and devices and to comply with federal laws and regulations. His excellent writing and editing skills enhanced the quality of the firm’s documents and presentations, while his computer skills enabled him to conduct research and review and summarize publications of interest.
At Hogan & Hartson L.L.P., Jason assisted FDA attorneys in the preparation and filing of numerous device premarket approval applications, 510(k) notices, and investigational device exemption applications.
